Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

🕒 Exchange Window

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

Your order number

The item you want to exchange  

The reason for the exchange

 We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

🔁 Exchange Options

Same item, different size or color (subject to availability)

If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund instead.

🚚 Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

We’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you (one-time only).

❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom items

• Items marked as “non-returnable”

💡 Additional Notes

• We do not offer direct exchanges for a different item or style. Please return your original item and place a new order.

• Exchanges must be received and inspected before the new item is shipped.
